Diyo/Art (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Diyo/Art Ketubah Designer at diyoart.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. You may also sign in with your Google account, in which case we receive your name and email from Google.
Wedding & Personalization Details: To create your ketubah, you provide names, wedding date, ceremony details, and text preferences. This information is stored in your account so you can return to your design.
Payment Information: When you purchase a digital download or a print, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We retain the Stripe transaction ID, order amount, and payment method type (e.g., card, Apple Pay) for order fulfillment and records.
Design Content: Theme descriptions you enter and design preferences you select are sent to our AI image generation service to create your ketubah artwork.
Text Sharing: You can share your ketubah text with others for review by providing their name and email address. We use this information solely to deliver the shared link and do not use it for marketing or any other purpose.
Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain the conversation for quality and follow-up purposes.
Usage Data: We use a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand how visitors use our site. This includes pages visited, time on page, browser type, device type, and general interaction patterns. We do not use this data to personally identify you.
Error Data: When errors occur, we log technical details (error type, page, browser) to help us fix issues.
Authentication Cookie: We set a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is transmitted over HTTPS only and expires after 7 days. This is the only cookie we use.
Browser Storage: We use your browser’s session storage and local storage to save your design-in-progress and personalization preferences so they persist as you work. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you sign out.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

We protect your data with HTTPS encryption in transit, secure cloud storage, server-side token verification, rate limiting on all endpoints, and strict Content Security Policy headers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you do, we delete your profile, designs, and personalization data. Order records (transaction IDs and amounts) are retained for legal and accounting purposes.
Signing out clears all locally stored data from your browser.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at privacy@diyoart.com. We handle your data in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) for any commercial communications we send.
The Service is intended for adults planning a wedding and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@diyoart.com and we will promptly delete it.
The Service is available to users in the United States and Canada. Your data is stored and processed in the United States by our cloud infrastructure providers. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
